From the perspective of vehicles, the current safety problems are mainly caused by improper operation and different production consistency. Passenger cars mainly have problems such as seat fixing points and poor flame retardant interior materials. Trucks have problems such as illegal modification and overloaded transportation. Passenger cars have safety problems mainly due to poor driving habits of drivers.

    Zheng Heyue believes that with the rapid development of new energy vehicles, they are also facing new safety issues. With the rapid increase in the number of new energy vehicles, fire incidents also occur frequently, and there are problems such as institutional safety, electrical safety, and thermal safety.

    He introduced that since 2019, the equipment center has carried out investigations of hidden dangers, focusing on investigations, analysis of causes, and suggestions for rectification around the design and manufacturing of the entire vehicle.

    In addition, the equipment center also attaches great importance to the development of intelligent networked vehicles. In his view, network security, functional security, and OTA are all facing many risks. "There have been safety accidents or cases due to autonomous driving technology in the world. In order to promote development, the equipment center has also led the establishment of an expert group.
