　　Regarding the market situation in May, the Circulation Association stated that this year's May Day holiday did not have a significant driving effect on the second-hand car market, and it is expected that the transaction volume in May will be between 1.4 million and 1.5 million vehicles. In June and July, most parts of the country entered summer, and it is expected that customer traffic will decrease. It is recommended that dealers prioritize inventory disposal and recover funds to ensure a smooth off-season.

　　From the perspective of price distribution, the proportion of vehicles in the national second-hand car trading price range of less than 50000 yuan in April was as high as 74.9%, an increase of 0.6% month on month, and the proportion of vehicles in the range of over 150000 yuan was 9.7%, a decrease of 0.9% month on month.

　　On May 17th, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Charging Infrastructure to Better Support the Rural Revitalization of New Energy Vehicles. The document mentions "improving the evaluation system for new energy second-hand cars, strengthening inspection and renovation of new energy second-hand cars, and encouraging enterprises to provide high-quality new energy second-hand cars to the rural market".

　　The Circulation Association believes that the charging network in rural areas directly affects the circulation of second-hand new energy vehicles. In previous years, new energy vehicle activities in rural areas have placed more emphasis on purchasing and neglected the use process, resulting in bottlenecks in the promotion of new energy vehicles to the township level. The documents issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National New Energy Administration emphasize the construction and maintenance of charging infrastructure, laying the groundwork for a new round of new energy vehicles going to the countryside.
