This window mainly accepts 4 types of questions (suggestions):
One is that key car companies have not fulfilled their 60 day payment deadline commitment, and the payment deadline agreed upon in the procurement contract exceeds 60 days.
The second is that key car companies set unreasonable payment deadlines, delay issuing inspection or acceptance certificates without justifiable reasons, and indirectly extend payment deadlines, as well as using the receipt of third-party payment as a payment condition or paying according to the third-party payment ratio.
The third is that key car companies force or indirectly force small and medium-sized enterprises to accept non cash payment methods such as commercial bills of exchange and electronic accounts receivable vouchers.
The fourth issue is the inadequate implementation of the "Regulations on Ensuring Payment for Small and Medium sized Enterprises" by key automobile companies.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology pointed out that the opening of the online issue (suggestion) reflection window for key car companies to fulfill their payment commitments aims to accept relevant issues (suggestions) from small and medium-sized enterprises, promote key car companies to improve their management processes, optimize payment methods, implement the "Regulations on Guaranteeing Payment for Small and Medium sized Enterprises", effectively fulfill their payment commitments, and benefit the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises. Next, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will also guide industry institutions to research and develop settlement and payment standards for the automotive industry, promote contract templates, further standardize the payment process for automotive suppliers, promote the construction of a "whole vehicle parts" collaborative and win-win development ecosystem, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the automotive industry.
