    At present, the new energy vehicle has made a great technological breakthrough in about three years, and its actual driving life of 150,000 kilometers is facing elimination and scrapping. However, its basic core parts and systems, such as electric drive, motor, battery and aluminum car frame, still have high reuse value.

In this context, Yin suggests:

    1. The state promotes the project of extending the service life of basic high-value components of new energy vehicles, and classifies remanufacturing into the country's strategic emerging industry.

    ● develop commercial vehicle points management method to promote the coordinated development of the automobile industry

    At present, China has not formulated a policy of points management for commercial vehicles with large carbon emissions.Therefore, Yin proposed to integrate the points of passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles, integrate the light commercial vehicles (N1 category) with the passenger vehicle double points management method (basically M1 category), and formulate the double points management method for light vehicles as a whole.

    Commercial vehicles are China's traditional advantage in the automobile industry. The integration of the light commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles with the double-point management method will help promote the coordinated development of the automobile industry, improve the status of Chinese automobile enterprises, and create conditions for striving for more Chinese interests in foreign joint ventures and cooperation.
