The group's net profit also set a new historical record, reaching 12.463 billion euros, a year-on-year increase of 223.1%. Profits to be distributed to shareholders reached 3.827 billion euros, a record level of dividends per share.

The contribution of the automotive business to free cash flow reached 6.354 billion euros at the end of the year, an increase of 87.2% year-on-year.

　　BMW Motorrad delivered 194,261 units to customers last year, a year-on-year increase of 14.8%. Motorcycle business revenue reached 2.748 billion euros, an increase of 20.3%; EBIT margin was 8.3%.
