According to foreign media reports, Volkswagen will restart the production of pure electric e-up! It is reported that e-up's previous suspension of production was not because of poor sales, but because it did not make money! You must know that Volkswagen's new Volkswagen e-up, which was officially launched in November 2019, received 20,000 orders in the first quarter of 2020! Then Volkswagen announced that it would stop accepting new orders.

    But the magic is here. The Volkswagen e-Up, which is in a "semi-discontinued" state after it announced that it will stop taking orders, will sell 41,400 units in 2021!

    The latest e-Up launched in 2019 is equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 61kW and a peak torque of 212N m, a battery pack of 36.8kWh, and a cruising range of up to 260km under WLTP conditions. The new car has a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 11.9 seconds and a top speed of 130km/h.

     In terms of charging, it takes 1 hour to charge the new e-up!

     However, it is understood that this model will not enter the domestic market, and the Volkswagen e-Up will be upgraded in power after the resumption of production.
