　　Judging from the exposed information, the total investment of the project is 6.493 billion yuan, the total annual profit of normal production after reaching the capacity is 137534 million yuan, and the net profit is 1031.5 million yuan. The project intends to lease the original Beijing Hyundai No. 1 factory land and vacant workshops and other buildings, and build four production workshops for stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly.

　　It is worth noting that in June this year, some media reported that Ideal Motors would invest 6 billion yuan to accept Beijing Hyundai's first factory and build a new production base, but both sides denied this at the time.

After Ideal takes over and puts it into production, it will greatly expand Ideal Automobile's production capacity and help it complete its subsequent sales targets.

　　According to the previous Hong Kong stock prospectus of Ideal Auto, Ideal will build two high-voltage pure electric vehicle platforms-Whale and Shark, and launch at least two high-voltage pure electric vehicles every year starting from 2023.
