Yuhuan Auto Gear Factory was founded in 1992, and is located in Yuhua, Zhejiang, a coastal city with beautiful scenery and convenient traffic. The plant mainly produces planet/semi-axle gears for various automobiles and engineering vehicles, e.g. Jiefang, Dongfeng, Beiqi Foton and Yuejin, and straight-cone gears for corn/rice/wheat harvester, tractor, etc. The plant has 15000m2 standard workshop and various machining equipment (more than 300 sets), such as1000T/630T/400T/300T double disk friction press, EDM machine tool, CNC machine tool, internal and external grinding machine, broaching machine, thermal treatment furnace, etc. With the annual production capacity of 5,000,000 pieces, our products are available in China, and 30% of our products are exported to Japan, the Southeast Asia, European and American countries.The plant integrates production, development and sale. Through constant innovation, the plant has expanded the scale increasingly. The company has the certifications of IS09001:2000 (in April 2004) and ISO/TS16949 (in April 2012).The plant monitors the production process with the computers and produces with advanced technologies and scientific management.
