　　Zhejiang Shuangtai Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999, and located in Baotian Industrial Zone, Tangxia Town, Rui’an City, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The geographical environment of the company is superior, with convenient transportation, perfect facilities and reasonable layout of workshops. The company is known as the professional manufacturer of standard and non-standard fasteners for automobile, motorcycle, construction machinery, engines, railways, electricity system, steel structures, household appliances, electronic products and so on.

　　At present, the registered capital of the company is 13 million 880 thousand Yuan, and the fixed assets worth 25 million Yuan. Our factory covers an area of 8000m2, with the building area being 15000m2. The company has over 80 employees and six major departments, as well as the capacity of producing 10000 tons of fasteners. 　　The main products include standard parts and non-standard parts, such as bolts, nuts, washers, stamping parts, and other metal automobile and motorcycle accessories.

　　The executive standard contains International GB, American ANSI, German DIN, British BS, Japanese JIS, International ISO, etc.. And the products’ specifications range from M3 to M30, quality grade from DIN 4.8 to 12.9 and ANSI 2 to 8, surface treatment from phosphating, black, galvanizing, chrome plating, dacromet coating, etc..

　　The main production equipment includes spheroidizing annealing furnace, multi-position cold heading machine, thread rolling machine, tapping machine, automatic drilling machine, numerical control lathe, grinding machine, punching machine and so on.

　　The main testing equipment involves the universal material testing machine, the Rockwell hardness tester, the projector, the metallographic microscope, the flaw detector, the salt spray test equipment and the various thread gauges, etc., guaranteeing the quality control for the whole production process.
