Qingdao Fangzheng Machinery Group Co., Ltd. was established in March 1995 with a registered capital of 21.8 million yuan. It is a professional manufacturer that integrates research and development, large-scale production, and sales of automotive air suspension products. The company's production plant is located in Jiaozhou City City, Qingdao, with an area of 64827 ㎡. It has the annual production capacity of 50000 sets of various air suspensions and 50000 pieces of special axle.
The company has a research and development center for the design and application of air suspension products for heavy-duty vehicles, consisting of an axle room, suspension room, assembly room, application promotion room, and tooling process room. There are currently 20 professional design and development personnel, including 4 senior engineers and 6 intermediate engineers. The R&D center was recognized as the Qingdao Enterprise Technology Center in 2010, and multiple achievements have been included in the Qingdao Key Innovation Project Plan. It has obtained 15 national patents, including 1 invention patent. At present, the company mainly produces products such as dual drive axle rubber suspension, dual drive axle series, follow-up axle series, trailer air suspension, semi trailer air suspension, automotive special axle, bent axle, cab airbag shock absorber, etc., which are adopted by major domestic automobile factories and exported to the United States, Australia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Africa. The company adheres to high standards and strict requirements to ensure product quality. In 2001, it passed the ISO90001 quality system certification and in 2009, it passed the US TS16949 quality system certification.
While strengthening its R&D capability, the company attaches great importance to the cooperation with domestic and foreign scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, domestic and foreign peers and supporting manufacturers, and has established good cooperation relations with Qingdao University, Jilin University, the Sifang Vehicle Research Institute of the Ministry of Railways, etc. In 2014, we successfully built a car axle production line project for the Myanmar Ministry of Industry, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation between the company and the Myanmar Ministry of Industry's truck production factory.
