Zhejiang Jiuyun currently has two production bases: Jiuyun Hangzhou (Zhejiang Jiuyun Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd.) and Jiuyun Huzhou Deqing (Zhejiang Jiuyun Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.). The company currently has over 50 technical and quality related personnel, including 5 with intermediate or senior technical titles. The total assets of the company reached 319 million yuan. Jiuyun was the first in the industry to pass ISO9000 quality management system certification and ISO/TS16949 international automotive industry quality standard system certification in 2003.

Jiuyun Headquarters is located in the Liangzhu Industrial Zone in the north of Hangzhou City. In 2012, Jiuyun invested 300 million yuan to build a new 90000 square meter modern factory in Deqing Industrial Zone, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and build a high standard passenger vehicle supporting product development base, laying a solid foundation for Jiuyun to take off again.
In 2014, the factory was officially put into use. In 2015, the second Jiuyun rubber refining center built to high industry standards and the experimental center built to ISO17025 standards were officially launched and put into operation.
