Changzhou Kailing Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kailing") Located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, South China, it is a medium-sized factory specializing in rear-view mirror and lamp business, and also covers other auto parts and components, such as regulators, bumpers, air outlets, Sun visor, etc. In 2013, Kailing delivered a total of 6250 large, mini, and medium-sized passenger car rearview mirrors. The annual revenue reached 130 million yuan, an increase of 20.0% compared to the previous year.
Kailing covers an area of 7800 square meters and has a daily output of over 300 units. So far, it has developed into a technologically advanced large-scale, small and medium-sized bus and commercial vehicle mirror manufacturing base across China. Kailing has developed its own engine to ensure the quality stability of the mirror. The regulator factory is under construction and has partially been put into operation. The expected annual production is expected to be 500000 pieces, becoming another leading product for export.
Kailing has passed the ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system certification issued by NSF-ISR. As a qualified mirror brand in China, Kailing was rated as "* * * Supplier" by Yutong, and won the "Advanced Product Development and Design" and "Qualified Supplier" awards of Xiamen Jinlong Bus, Hager Bus, Foton, Higer Bus, Yaxing Coach, etc.
As of now, Kailing Car Mirror has formed a complete lineup of 5m-25m products, including ordinary, intermediate, and high-end products, covering various segmented markets such as highway passenger transportation, tourism, and public transportation, becoming a qualified brand in the public transportation industry in China.
Kailing car mirrors have been exported to many countries and regions, such as Brazil, Ireland, Thailand, Iran, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Mexico, and so on. Some reversing mirrors have obtained E-mark certificates and are beginning to enter the European market.
In order to maintain the competitive advantage of the product, Kailing has invested a large amount of funds in research and development. In 2014, Kailing cooperated with the Automobile Product Laboratory of Jiangsu University to provide accurate test data for the research and development of the reversing mirror, thus effectively ensuring the quality and product stability. Currently, Kailing is developing a folding device and has applied for a patent.
