The company covers an area of over 400 acres, with an investment of 500 million yuan, focusing on creating a high-end rearview mirror and its component research and development and production industry chain. Including eight major workshops: rearview mirror assembly workshop, mirror making workshop, injection molding workshop, spray painting workshop, turn signal workshop, wiring harness workshop, die-casting workshop, and accessory workshop. The general assembly workshop has 40 exterior mirror Assembly line and 2 interior mirror Assembly line, equipped with error proofing equipment and terminal detection equipment. The mirror manufacturing workshop is a joint venture with Taiwanese enterprises, introducing advanced equipment and technology from Taiwan and Japan, and hiring professional technical personnel for guidance. The injection molding workshop has 50 injection molding machines with injection molding capabilities ranging from 160 to 850 tons. The spraying workshop introduces fully automatic and semi-automatic spraying equipment.
