The company was founded in 1997 and now has a standard factory building of over 60000 square meters with over 800 employees, including over 60 professional technical personnel and over 30 management personnel. The company has over 300 sets of specialized testing equipment for various equipment and instruments.

In 2002, the first subsidiary, Chongqing Century Star Instrument Co., Ltd., was established in Chongqing.
