The company was founded in October 1997, and its headquarters is located at No. 408, Section 3, Mount Taishan North Road, Deyang City.
The company currently has one crankshaft precision machining production line, two crankshaft rough machining production lines, three connecting rod machining production lines, and one heat treatment production line, forming an annual production capacity of 600000 exported connecting rods, 68000 crankshaft shafts, and 3000 tons of heat treated workpieces. The company imports more than 30 main equipment from the United States, including vertical machining centers, precision crankshaft honing machines, precision crankshaft grinders, dynamic balancing machines, polishing machines, etc. Their performance and technical indicators are all at the international advanced level. The company also has a physical and chemical laboratory and a standard measurement and testing center, with over 100 measuring and testing instruments. The company mainly produces engine components such as crankshafts and connecting rods for American racing cars and high-end sedans, all of which are sold to the United States. The products are applicable to more than 120 specifications of engines of various models such as General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, Mitsubishi, etc. Belonging to racing car engines and high-end car engine components, it is a product with high technological content, high technical requirements, high product costs, and high added value; Its performance and processing quality are both at the international advanced level.
The precision processing equipment for crankshaft and connecting rod products is all imported from the United States and Italy. Excellent mechanical equipment, advanced management experience, and skilled staff have created high-quality products.
