Established in 1999, it is a professional manufacturer of customized automotive connectors, wiring harnesses, and switches with over 18 years of experience. Our factory covers an area of over 5000 square meters and employs more than 200 people. Our 12 engineers have over 10 years of experience in developing and designing new products in the wiring harness industry, and our professional sales team can answer any questions you have within 24 hours Question. The raw materials mainly come from well-known brands such as TE, MOLEX, JST, SUMITOMO, YAZAKI, KET, etc. As for wires and cables, we usually use UL certified wires and cables, such as UL1007, UL3266, UL2464, etc. Of course, we also extensively use Japanese standard car wires such as AVS, AVSS, American standard car wires such as GXL, TXL, SXL, and German standard car wires such as FLYW, FLRY, etc. The wire gauge ranges from 2AWG to 28AWG. We can provide other special wires and cables, such as SPT-1, SPT-2, data cables, etc. The large number of connectors and wires in inventory can help you shorten the delivery cycle.
How to control quality?
1、 Certificate. The company has passed TS16949, now known as IATF16949 certificate, and has passed ISO 9001 and UL certification;
2、 Laboratory. We have established a wiring harness testing laboratory, including wire and cable tension testing, high and low temperature testing, SR bending testing, switch life testing, shell insertion testing, two-dimensional measurement, etc.
3、 Control raw materials and strictly select standard suppliers. All raw materials shall be inspected on-site before storage in the warehouse to ensure that all materials meet customer requirements.
4、 We have arranged many inspectors in each processing step to ensure that each step is the correct teacher. After completion, we conduct 100% testing, which means we will test all products one by one to ensure that all projects are working properly.
Finally, before shipping, the OQC department will conduct a final spot check to ensure that the goods are fully made in accordance with the drawing requirements.
