Shuangou Company was founded in 1969 and is located in Shiyan City, the third largest automotive industry base in China. The new factory area covers an area of 46000 square meters and is located on Harmony Avenue in Dongcheng Economic Development Zone, overlooking the highway exit and adjacent to Airport Avenue, providing convenient transportation.
After fifty years of construction and development, Shuangou has integrated its research, production, and sales capabilities. In recent years, it has continuously upgraded its equipment and expanded its main business, with a production capacity of 1 million units per year; The factory has over 500 advanced tooling equipment, which produces plastic electronic components for automobiles such as steering wheels, instrument panels, bumpers, carpets, sunshades, door guards, and automotive electronics through injection molding, suction, molding, PU foaming, coating, and water transfer printing processes, covering various models such as commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, and micro vehicles.
On the basis of synchronous development and stable supply with OEMs such as Dongfeng Commercial, Dongfeng Group, Dongfeng Xiaokang, Liuqi, Yutong, and Qingling, the company continuously enhances its modular centralized supply capabilities for steering wheel bodies, multi-functional switches, combination switches, clock springs, and safety airbags. For this purpose, we invested 20 million yuan to establish Hubei Shuangou Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., specializing in the production of multi-functional switches and combination switches. We also invested 20 million yuan to establish a joint venture with Shenzhen Shuangyi Xinda Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. to establish a clock spring company. We have initially reached a cooperation intention with Jinzhou Jinheng in the field of safety airbags, which is to cooperate first and then joint venture.
The company has strong product research and development capabilities, comprehensive testing methods, and lean manufacturing technology. It has established a provincial-level independent research and development institution - the Technology Center, with Shiyan as the production base. We currently have a professional product laboratory with various testing methods such as mechanical testing, optical testing, environmental testing, and specialized durability testing. In terms of steering wheel testing, our company has been designated as a testing unit by the Xiangyang National Inspection Center. In recent years, we have continuously introduced advanced technology and management teams, continuously improving our research and development, testing, and quality assurance capabilities.
