It is located in the Science City of Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 22500 square meters, with a production and research and development base of 36500 square meters, and a total asset of over 200 million yuan. The company is jointly invested and established by shareholders such as Ruili Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Dachen Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the technical research and development, production, sales, and service of automotive electronic control systems, commercial vehicle ABS, eddy current retarders, and other products.
After more than ten years of development, the company has become a leading enterprise in domestic commercial vehicle ABS, as well as a national high-tech enterprise, software enterprise in Guangdong Province, private technology enterprise in Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City, and intellectual property demonstration enterprise in Guangzhou Development Zone. The market share of the "Kemi Qidian" brand anti-lock braking system series of air brake vehicles produced by the company is among the best in the country. The company adheres to technological leadership and strategic development, striving to create the first brand of automotive electronics in China.
The company has a Guangdong Automotive ABS System Engineering Technology Research Center, which gathers numerous experts and professors in the field of automotive electronics and braking technology. It has established an automotive electronics research and development laboratory, established a comprehensive research and development system, and standardized management system. It is one of the few enterprises in China that simultaneously possesses the software and hardware product capabilities of ABS and other automotive electronic control technology systems. The company has continuously developed a new generation of technologically advanced automotive electronic products through independent innovation, and has undertaken national science and technology research projects, including the National 863 Project and the National Torch Plan Project.
