Wuhu Bertelli Automobile Safety System Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2004 and listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in April 2018 (stock code: 603596). It is a national high-tech enterprise, one of the top 100 Chinese components enterprises, and a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of automobile brake system and intelligent driving system products.
The company has the ability to independently develop and manufacture intelligent driving, electronic control, braking system, chassis lightweight and steering system. The products that have been mass-produced include: brake by wire (WCBS), advanced driving assistance system (ADAS), electronic parking brake system (EPB), anti-lock braking system (ABS), vehicle stability control system (ESC), electric tailgate system (PLG), electric steering system (EPS), and various brakes Comprehensive parking brake, lightweight cast aluminum steering knuckle, control arm, subframe, wheel house, steering column, mechanical steering and other products. Bertelli is the second integrated EPB mass production enterprise in the world, the first ESC mass production enterprise of a Chinese brand, and the first mass production enterprise of a Chinese brand to realize the ONE-BOX scheme of the brake system by wire. At the same time, the company has complete experimental and production equipment, a complete quality management system, and can complete the whole process of precision measurement and various comprehensive performance experiments from product design to production. Its flexible product line monitors 100% of the key performance of the product online, ensuring the excellent performance of the product. In May 2022, the company acquired Zhejiang Wanda Automobile Steering Gear Co., Ltd. to layout the steering system and further enrich and improve the company's product matrix in the field of automobile safety system.
There are 14 manufacturing bases and 6 R&D centers in the world, respectively located in Wuhu, Shanghai, Detroit, Suzhou, Hefei and Hangzhou. There are about 5100 employees, including about 980 engineering and technical personnel. Bertelli has always adhered to independent research and development and innovation as the basis, and has applied for 670 patents at home and abroad, including 277 invention patents, covering all the above products, involving the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, the European Union and other countries around the world.
