Zhejiang Boxing Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., formerly Zhejiang Sixing Machinery Co., Ltd., was founded in 1995 and was originally located at No. 20, Jinshan East Road, Yongkang City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. In July 2009, the company completed the overall relocation from another place, and is now located at 1188 Meihe Road, Qiubin Industrial Zone, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province (beside G330 National Road). It is 350 kilometers from Shanghai port and 250 kilometers from Ningbo port. The company has a total assets of 150 million yuan, covering an area of 35000 m2, a building area of 27000 m2, and 550 employees, including more than 60 senior and intermediate professionals.
The company specializes in producing automobile engine camshafts, motorcycle engine camshafts, general gasoline engine camshafts and balance shafts, diesel engine camshafts and balance shafts. The company now has an annual production capacity of 3.5 million sets of various camshafts and balance shafts. The company has a sound organizational structure, including nine functional departments, one casting workshop and three machining workshops, and has a sound management system.
The company has 350 sets of production equipment, including fully CNC cam grinder (CNC), CNC machining center, CNC lathe, CNC gear hobbing machine, CNC gear shaving machine, CNC cylindrical grinder, CNC milling machine, automatic cleaning machine, etc., with a numerical control rate of more than 75%.
The company has the self-matching ability of camshaft and balance shaft casting blanks. The company's casting workshop is equipped with a vertical parting boxless injection molding production line (ZZ416A), with an annual capacity of 6000 tons of castings. In addition to meeting the company's own supporting needs, it can undertake casting business externally.
The company has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification. The company has a testing center and a metrological certified (CMA) measuring room, with more than 40 sets (sets) of testing equipment such as cam detector, gear detector, roughness detector, profiler, CMM, furnace front molten iron rapid analyzer, molding sand detector, universal testing machine, magnetic particle flaw detector, metal analysis spectrometer, etc., which can fully meet the needs of product quality control.
The company has the right to import and export by itself. It has been making supporting production for many well-known host manufacturers at home and abroad. For example, American B&S (Briggs&Stratton), American General Power System Inc., Japan Fuji, Japan Yamaha, Japan DBS (Daihatsu&BS), Japan Kawasaki, etc. There are more than 60 domestic enterprises, such as China Wuhu Chery Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., China Taizhou Geely Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Const Power Co., Ltd., Jianghuai Power Co., Ltd., Changchai Power Co., Ltd., Changzhou Robin Fuji Co., Ltd., Linhai Yamaha, etc. The products are also exported to Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia.
