FAW Fuwei was founded in 1993 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1996 (stock code: 600742). At present, it has a total capital of 678 million and more than 20000 employees. It has five production bases in Changchun, Chengdu, Foshan, Qingdao and Tianjin. It is a component development and manufacturing enterprise group with nearly 40 subordinate enterprises in four provinces and eight cities in China.
