Chongqing Wangjiang Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in January 2004, was a state-owned holding enterprise of Chongqing Wangjiang Industry Co., Ltd. of China National Armaments Group Corporation. On April 23, 2011, it was listed on the Chongqing Stock Exchange for share trading and restructuring. The enterprise was transformed into a wholly-owned private limited liability company with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The company has passed the full assessment of motorcycle production access (catalog number 111), national "CCC" certification, ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and European Union EEC directive certification (e-mark). In addition to the headquarters in Chongqing, the company has set up motorcycle production bases in China, such as Jiangmen, Zhejiang Taizhou, and Yanshi, Henan Province. The products are mainly two-wheel and three-wheel motorcycles. In order to cultivate new economic growth points of enterprises and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, the company has invested heavily in scientific and technological innovation and product research and development. Up to now, it has obtained 16 utility model patents, 24 appearance patents and 1 invention patent, and has been recognized as "municipal enterprise technology center" by Chongqing, "high-tech enterprise" in Chongqing, and the registered trademark "WONJAN" has been rated as a famous trademark of Chongqing. In order to meet production demand and maintain the competitiveness of Wangjiang brand in the world, the company invested nearly 200 million yuan in the core area of Hechuan Industrial Park to build a new Wangjiang Motorcycle Industrial Park. The new factory has a total construction area of 169532.43 square meters. The completed "Wangjiang" has two complete vehicle production lines, two engine assembly production lines, two robot automatic welding production lines, and one coating line that meets the requirements of environmental protection. It also has advanced detection and test equipment and research and development center. The new factory has an annual capacity target of 400000 motorcycles and 600000 engines. In December 2019, Wangjiang Motorcycle Hechuan Industrial Park was officially put into operation. Wangjiang's high-end brand - Tiandi Youxia brand launched in-depth cooperation with the famous European locomotive brand "Brestone" in 2015, and launched the "Brestone" retro high-end series products. Relying on Wangjiang's excellent power and stable quality, it sold well in major markets in Europe and Asia. The products of the ranger - Brastone series have all realized the business model of "European design, Wangjiang manufacturing, third-party quality control and global sales".
