With the inspiration of pear flowers and the nectar of Qilu, the enterprise is thriving. The company is located in Laiyang Economic Development Zone, about 90km away from Yantai and Qingdao Airport, with convenient transportation and favorable geographical conditions.
The company is a professional company integrating the R&D and manufacturing of rubber oil seal, polyurethane oil seal and other products. The company covers a total area of more than 400,000 square meters, with a building area of 3380 square meters. The annual design and production capacity is 35 million pieces of seals and 1.6 million pieces of polyurethane products. The company has more than 60 employees, including 5 senior engineers and technicians. It has equipment and facilities for metal surface treatment, ingredient error proofing, rubber mixing, polyurethane prepolymer synthesis, sulfur addition, trimming, test detection, constant temperature storage of materials, etc. R&D, production and experimental detection means are complete.
The company has five series of products of more than 100 specifications, including reciprocating oil seal, rotary oil seal, valve oil seal, high-pressure oil seal and polyurethane products. At present, the former oil seal and rotary oil seal are the leading products, and the products are mainly used in automobile and motorcycle shock absorbers and engine oil seals.
