On March 20, 2020, the company successfully acquired 49% of the shares of EMS GmbH and MST GmbH of Germany respectively and became its shareholders. On March 25, 2020, the Company successfully acquired 27.27% equity of Changchun Zhongding Technology Co., Ltd. and became its shareholder.
The company is mainly engaged in four categories of products, including washing system, precision injection molding, automotive electronics, and automotive wiring harness, and is committed to providing high-quality automotive parts products to major well-known host manufacturers in China. At present, the company has become a supporting supplier of FAW Volkswagen, SAIC Volkswagen, SAIC GM, Chongqing Chang'an, SAIC Motor, Geely, BAIC Motor, Beijing Benz, Volvo, Guangzhou Automobile and FAW Group, and has passed the supplier qualification certification of FAW Toyota and GAC Toyota.
