Founded in January 1998, Shanghai Huate Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. is headquartered at No. 385, Hengyu Road, Waigang Town, Jiading District. It is a professional company engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, sales, import and export of automotive trim parts, auto parts, polymer materials, rail transit equipment and products. It mainly serves the customers of SAIC Volkswagen, SAIC GM, FAW Volkswagen, BAIC, Ford and other main engine manufacturers. The group has introduced German Pu casting system, vacuum molding system, water cutting equipment, EPP molding equipment, 200-400t hot press molding equipment and gas assisted injection molding technology. Through in-depth research in the field of polymer materials, we have independently developed EVA / EPDM / TPO / HDPE / ABS and other polymer composite extrusion material production lines, hot seam technology in the sunshade area and EVA / EVM sound insulation expansion block materials. Huate has the ability to develop and design the vehicle NVH system; It has a production capacity of 80t-3000t injection molding products, covering a series of products such as monochrome injection molding, two-color injection molding, gas assisted injection molding, insert injection molding, high / low pressure injection molding, etc; It has the ability to develop, design and manufacture large and medium-sized decorative parts such as central passage assembly, door trim panel assembly, coat rack assembly, etc. The group's annual output of sunshades is 10 million pieces, of which the Volkswagen customer accounts for 90%; The annual output of cavity sound insulation block reaches 90 million pieces; Independently designed and established an EPP granulation plant, with 3 production lines for plastic modified particles. The independently developed EPP particles can meet various density ratios and experimental requirements. At present, the double density forming process has been developed to meet various soft and hard requirements of customers for seats. The annual output of EPP particles has reached 5000 tons; It has two PU foam cotton production bases with an annual production capacity of more than 2.5 million pieces; The annual production capacity of new PVC leather fabrics reaches 6 million square meters; The annual output of the central handrail is 2 million pieces, the annual output of the fully automatic gear production line is 450000 pieces, and the annual output of the fully automatic handle assembly line is 2.3 million pieces. The company passed the TS16949 quality system certification in 2006, the ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 environmental and occupational health and safety management system certification in December 2007, and the iatf16949 quality system certification in 2018.
