The company is located at No. 16, Gaoxin seventh Road, Ankang high tech Zone, Shaanxi Province, with a registered capital of 100million yuan. The R & D and production projects of key auto parts under construction by the company, with a total investment of 960million yuan, are implemented in two phases. The first phase will invest 560million yuan, introduce the world's advanced cold and warm forging technology and complete sets of equipment from Switzerland, Japan and other countries, build full-automatic production lines such as HS Precision Forging, MH precision forging, MW precision forging and CF precision forging, and support the construction of parts precision machining center and mold design and manufacturing center. R & D and production of second, third and fourth generation wheel hub bearings, CVJ parts, gearbox gears, engine cam blocks and other products. The planned and designed production capacity is 63million pieces per year. After completion, it can realize sales of 1.015 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 202 million yuan.
Cooperating with Beijing Institute of mechanical and electrical engineering, using domestic advanced equipment, through system integration and intelligent connection, we have built a domestic lightweight aluminum alloy forming production line with advanced technology and high automation, specializing in the production of aluminum alloy upper and lower control arms, connecting rods, steering knuckles and other products.
