Founded in 1987, Zhejiang Jinfeng Automobile Spare Part Manufacturing Co., Lt.d is group system operation enterprise with registered capital of 11.8 million Yuan. At present, the company owns three major production bases and a research & development center; its headquarters (Yuhuan County Jinfeng industrial Limited Company with capital of 15.98 million Yuan) is located at Taizhou Yuhuan economic development zone of Zhejiang Province, covers the floor area of 26680 square meters and building area of 30000 square meters; Chongqing production base (Chongqing Yuanji Automobile Spare Part Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is the wholly-owned subsidiary with capital of 6 million Yuan) covers the floor area of 26680 square meters and the building area of 25000 square meters; Nanjing production base (Nanjing Jinfeng Automobile Spare Part Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is the wholly-owned subsidiary with capital of 3 million Yuan) covers the floor area of 66700 square meters and the building area of 52000 square meters; the building area of Shanghai science and technology research and development center building is 2000 m2.
This (group) company has over 600 staffs at present, including 80 technical research personnel (including 12 senior scientific research personnel)
Since its establishment in 1987, the company is in accordance with the operation concept that “thinking determines way, behavior determines action; quality determines success and service determines growth”, is always engaged in product design, development and production of various automobile spare parts, and provides high-quality supporting services for the complete machine plant.
The company has passed ISO 9002 quality management system certification in 2000, and passed through the TS 16949 international quality system certification in October 2005.
At present, the Company has good business relationship with many automobile complete machine plants at home, is the specially designated factory of supporting product of Chang’an automobile, and core spare part supplier of Dongfeng Auto, Lifan Auto, Yinxiang of BAW, Huacheng Brilliance; besides, the company is also the spare part supplier of over 10 automobile complete machine factories such as Chery, Haima, FAW-Yiqi.
The existing main production devices and production lines of this (group) company include:
1.32 sets of processing centers and 48 sets of digital controlled lathes;
2.Assembling lines of intelligent turbocharger assembly;
3.EPS intelligent assembling line assembly;
4.Assembling line of intelligent vacuum pump assembly;
5.Production line of intelligent front stabilizing rod;
6.Main cylinder and vacuum booster assembly;
7.Assembling line of intelligent steering pull rod assembly;
8.Assembling line of intelligent triangular swaying arm assembly;
9.Over 30 sets of hydraulic machines, including the 1250 ton level set and the 800 ton level set;
10.Over 50 sets of punch devices, including four sets of 250 ton levels devices.
11.Robot welding line, clamp welding line, spot welder and other universal devices, etc.
