The key process uses German MAG-Boehringer high-speed external milling, MAG-boehringer German Berlin grid five-axis oil hole machining center, American INGERSOLL high-speed external milling, Japanese HORKOS oil hole drilling machine, German Hegenscheidt-MFD automatic crankshaft fillet rolling straightening machine, German SCHENCK crankshaft automatic balance deweighting machine, German JUNCK high-efficiency follow-up crankshaft grinder, Japanese FE-MOVAC ultra-high pressure cleaning machine. The production line is highly adaptable to crankshaft variety changes, has agile and flexible mass production capabilities and reliable quality assurance capabilities. Product quality inspection and monitoring, using American ADCOLE crankshaft camshaft comprehensive detector, British Taylor Hobson surface roughness profiler, Italy CROOD3 coordinate machine and crankshaft bending and torsion fatigue strength tester and other equipment, quality inspection and judgment are accurate . The grinding process of the production line, the axial and radial dimensions are controlled by the Italian Marposs gauge on-line monitoring, the process quality inspection uses the electric momentum meter, and all important inspection data enter the SPC workstation management, and the quality control is stable and reliable.
　　
　　The company's product market positioning is based on the 4JB1 crankshaft of the diesel engine of light commercial vehicles, and the crankshaft of the mid-to-high-end passenger car engine. At present, DK4A, JX493, 4K/4J diesel engine crankshafts, G01 2.0, JLE-4G18TD, GP1.8L/2.0L direct injection turbocharged gasoline engine crankshafts, EQ486, V6, 4A15, BYD473 naturally aspirated gasoline engine crankshafts, etc. have been processed in batches. At present, the company's sales market is in short supply. 　　In July 2009, the first two domestic V6 mid-to-high-end car engine crankshafts with displacements of 2.5L and 3.0L were successfully rolled off the assembly line by our company. After strict testing, all technical performance indicators of the product reached the design requirements. The V6 crankshaft was successfully trial-produced, filling the gap in the production and manufacturing of high-performance engine crankshafts in my country. The product quality level is comparable to similar products imported from abroad after physical inspection and testing of the product, and not only for the company’s mid- and high-end car engines.
