　　Yangzhou Wutingqiao Cylinder Liner CO., Ltd is a large enterprise that is professional in producing cylinder liners. Its predecessor is Yangzhou Cylinder Liner Factory, which has a history of 50 years. In 1999, the enterprise is restructured to Limited Liability Company. The company covers an area of 120,000 ㎡in Weiyang development zone, including floor area 80,000 ㎡. The total enterprise fixed assets is 810 million RMB. We own main production devices over 1,000 sets and more than 100 casting and machining production lines. Our annual capacity is more than 10 million pieces of various cylinder liners. The sales revenue, R&D capacity and quality management capacity are all in the leading position of the same industry.

　　We produce 200 types and specifications of cylinder liner, the product diameters ranges fromΦ75 toΦ500mm. We mainly serve for the commercial vehicle, engineering machine, ship and generator set. In recent years, for the domestic and abroad economic downturn and the economic structural adjustment, the production fluctuation is higher. However, our sales keeps almost stable and increasing, the annual production is about 10 million pcs, and the sales of commercial vehicle cylinder liners and engineering machinery cylinder liners is always on the top of the same industry in China.

　　From a high starting point, we use flow production line for marine medium speed engine cylinder liners. The profiling casting by CNC centrifugal casting machine is adopted in the casting process, the rough casting is in light weight and has stable quality, which has reached international advanced level. We have university-industry cooperation with Jiangsu Technology University, researching the materials and processing technologies that are suitable for heavy oil and high explosion pressure. We supply medium speed engine cylinder liners for Shanxi Diesel Engine Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, Hudong Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd, Weichai Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Diesel Engine Factory Co.,Ltd and Ningbo C.S.I. Power & Machinery Group Co., Ltd. For the international market, we have become the medium speed engine cylinder liner supplier of Wartsila, MAN, GE and CAT.

　　Our international market share of commercial and engineering machinery cylinder liners is increasing continuously, and we have become a qualified supplier for the first class engine enterprises as Daimler, FIAT, Navistar and Cummins.

　　We always focus on the high-end field, research and produce high grade, difficult and low emission cylinder liners. We invest in the technical innovation continuously, import the international leading production and detection equipment. The product research always adopts the tools as QFD, FEA, VE, FMEA, CP, MSA and SPC, and uses the computers for the aided design. When making the cooperative development with engine factory at the same time, we take advantage of our good product researching ability and prepare the advanced development, meeting the requirements of diesel engine new product development. In the long term production and practice, we form 6 advantages of material reinforcement, good plateau cross hatch, surface treatment, cylinder liner structure reinforcement, carbon scraping ring technology and ultra-thin wall cast iron cylinder liners. We also have 50 self-owned patents, and our emprise core competence improves stably.

　　The casting process is automatic and numerical controlled. The melting uses automatic material charging, quick ladle analysis, iron liquid temperature holding, numerical controlled casting process and automatic transmission of rough castings. We produce high strength and high hardness wear resistant alloy cast iron of vanadium-titanium，high phosphorus, boron, CrMoCu, CrNiMo, vanadium-boron and high chromium molybdenum, and all kinds of wear resistant alloy cast iron of spheroidal graphite and vermicular graphite.

　　The honing process uses Guhring and Nagel CNC honing machine; uses Taylor and Hommel inspection instruments in the inspection; the integrated measuring instruments are adopted widely to collect data automatically for SPC monitoring. We also establish the standard production lines that have short process flow and optimal process. We adopts processing technology of EURO Ⅳ, Ⅴand VI plateau cross hatch, honing lapping cross hatch and nitriding cross hatch from Steyr, Perkins, Cummins, AVL and Witzenmann, and have become the preferred EURO Ⅴand VI cylinder liner supplier of many engine factories. Our plateau cross hatch processing technology and index are all on the top of China, and reaches the world first-class.

　　For heat treatment, we import the Inductor high-frequency quenching equipment, and form all kinds of heat treatment and surface treatment capabilities like isothermal quenching, ID high-frequency quenching, nitriding, soft nitriding, plasma nitriding, phosphating, surface oxidation, PVD&CVD and Ni-P composite plating, etc. Our isothermal quenching bainite technology is national certified advanced technology. It improves the product wear resistance and anti-cavitation abilities effectively.

　　In 1996, we passed ISO-9002 the first in the same industry of China; afterwards, we passed and kept QS9000 and VDA6.1, TS16949 successfully. From 2012, we passed ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 successively. And our marine cylinder liner production has passed the factory certification of CCS, BV, DNV GL, ABS and LR. From 2013, we implement excellent performance management. Through innovation management and innovation methods, ‘Wutingqiao’ cylinder liner keeps the title of ‘Jiangsu Province famous brand’ for more than 20 years. And registered trademark of ‘Wutingqiao’ becomes the ‘Jiangsu Province Famous Trademark’.
