　　Shandong Shuanggang piston Co., Ltd is located in the National Economic and Technological Development Zone, in the City of Rizhao, Shandong Province. Since first been founded in 1984, Shuanggang has consistently committed to the advancement of technology and innovation aiming to lead the piston industry of China. Our primary products include combustion engine piston, piston ring carrier and specialized piston-making facilities.

　　The company runs 33 fully digitised production line for pistons and ring carriers, among which 30% lines are fully automated and highly integrated. In 2015, the annual production capacity for piston, ring carrier, and intelligent manufacture equipment reached 10 million, 20 million and 100 sets respectively. The Shuanggang brand and product are well recognised national-wide in the areas of diesel vehicles, gasoline vehicles, engineering machinery. In particular, the high-grade Shuanggang piston ranks the third in the domestic market share. Our clients include Chang'an Automobile, Changhe Suzuki, China FAW, Weichai Yangdong, China Yituo, China Zhongqi, Jianghuai Automobile, Jiangling Automobile, Huatai Automobile, Laiwu Global, Mahler (Germany), etc. Whilst aiming to excel as an OEM company, Shuanggang also established more than 100 social marketer branches to actively fulfil the post-sale servicing and repairing requirements from our clients.

　　Shuanggang has been granted the National High-Tech Company, Provincial Leading Technology Centre, Provincial Metal Material Engineering and Technology for Automobile Research Centre, and Provincial Automobile Production Automating Research Centre. In 2014, Shuanggang proudly undertook one of the ‘National Technology Major Projects’ of ‘Automated Production Line for High-end Pistons’, under the ‘high-end CNC and fundamental equipment’ catalogue.
