Liuzhou yuchuange electronic injection technology co., ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the development and manufacture of gasoline engine cars, motorcycle fuel injectors, methanol injectors, gas injectors and urea injectors for diesel vehicle aftertreatment SCR system.
The company is the drafting unit of the national standard of fuel injectors in China, and participated in the drafting of two national standards, "technical conditions of gasoline engine solenoid valve type fuel injector assembly" and "gasoline engine solenoid valve type fuel injector assembly test method", which were released and implemented in 2010.
The company has a number of series of fuel injector invention patents, is the only fuel injector manufacturer in China with independent intellectual property rights and OEM supporting capacity, and passed the TS/16949 quality system audit in 2009.
The gasoline engine fuel injector series products have supplied more than one million vehicles to Iran's saipa and hodro automobile plants. At present, it is the only methanol injector supplier of geely methanol automobile. Motorcycle fuel injector series products have been matched with new continent Honda, spring motorcycle and Japan, etc. The urea injector in the SCR system has now entered the supporting system of yuchai and other domestic mainstream diesel engine plants. The company has developed and produced more than 210 new products, CNG gas nozzles, and more than 2000g/min large flow injectors, which have been put on the market.
