1. Process manufacturing capability.
The company's products are divided into eight categories. That is: push-in type pipe joints, ferrule type pipe joints, internal flare type pipe joints, external flare type pipe joints, welded type pipe joints, steel pipe joint assemblies, gas storage tanks and automotive standard parts. Among the 8 categories of products, there are 54 series, more than 2,800 varieties, and more than 4,500 specifications. It has an annual production capacity of 60 million pieces of automobile pipe joints and 200,000 pieces of non-ferrous metal gas cylinders. Pipe joint blanks are forged with precision dies, and metal processing is manufactured with numerical control, digital display, semi-automatic, and automatic (special) equipment; quick-plug pipe joints, steel pipe joint assemblies, and aluminum alloy gas storage cylinders are manufactured using automatic assembly lines. Automobile pipe joint products are currently domestic enterprises with complete varieties, good quality, and relatively advanced technology and equipment.
2. Product research and development capabilities.
Using CAD, CATIA and other tools for design analysis, we can develop and design reliable connection schemes and products that meet the requirements for customers. That is: it can design and manufacture standard or non-standard pipe joints for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, ships, trains and various mechanical equipment.
