"Hefei Meiqiao Automotive Transmission and Chassis System Co., Ltd. is a Sino foreign joint venture jointly funded by Hefei Axle Co., Ltd., the core enterprise of Anhui JAC Motors Group Co., Ltd., and American Axle Manufacturing International Holding Co., Ltd. It is a professional manufacturer of automobile parts focusing on the production of front and rear axles and SUV four-wheel drive systems. The company is located in Jianghuai Heavy Industry Base, No. 9 Shanghai Road, Baohe Economic Development Zone, Hefei City There are four major factories, namely assembly, machining, stamping and welding, and gears, with a construction area of 78000 square meters and over 800 employees. We have 63 flexible professional production lines with complete processes such as stamping, welding, machining, assembly, and painting. We now have the production capacity to produce 300000 commercial vehicle axles, 160000 passenger car integral axles, 60000 four-wheel drive SUV transfer gears and main reducer assemblies annually.
The first-class technological research and development strength is the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Hefei Meiqiao Company has always focused on the construction of research and development capabilities and continuously integrated international cutting-edge technologies. By introducing digestion and independent innovation, we have achieved the serialization and promotion of high-power density rear axles. Currently, there are more than 300 types of rear axle products on 14 platforms below 13 tons, including 198 platforms, 228 platforms, 250 platforms, 295 platforms, 320 platforms, 345 platforms, 368 platforms, 390 platforms, PTU&RDM, which can be applied to 1-13 tons of trucks and 4-11 meters of passenger cars. We have newly developed a 2.2 to 4.5 ton coaxial electric drive rear axle with highly integrated motor, reducer, and axle housing. As of now, it has over 120 national level technology patents, including 12 invention patents.
The company takes the provincial enterprise technology center, Hefei municipal industrial design center, and Hefei automobile high power density drive axle engineering technology research center as the development platform, pays attention to the construction of research and development teams, and improves the technical level of research and development, test and verification. At present, the company has built an efficient R&D team with outstanding expert backbone as the main body, introduced 5 domestic and foreign experts, and has over 80 engineering and technical personnel. The company popularizes the application of CAD, UG, CAPP and other design software, CAE, NVH application analysis software, as well as PLM and other product research and development data management systems, providing strong technical support for the company's technological innovation. The company has high-end axle test equipment such as static torsional testing machine, rear axle assembly gear fatigue testing machine, torsional fatigue testing machine, high-speed test bench, etc. At present, the company's test verification capability has reached an advanced level in China's light axle field. “
