Qingzhou Dewei Power Co., Ltd. is located in Qingzhou, Shandong, one of the excellent tourist cities and historical and cultural cities in China. It is adjacent to Weifang to the east, Zibo to the west, Jiaoji Railway to the south, Jiqing Expressway to the north, and National Highway 309 in front of it. The geographical location is superior and the transportation is convenient.
The company has first-class infrastructure and internationally advanced imported production equipment, and is a manufacturer of automotive parts mainly engaged in high-precision mechanical processing. The company covers an area of 48000 square meters, with a factory building area of 28000 square meters and fixed assets of 220 million. It currently has 370 employees, including 48 senior and intermediate engineers.
We have 1 internationally advanced testing equipment, including a Hixconn coordinate measuring instrument, 1 Swiss laser tracker, and 1 advanced ultrasonic flaw detector; 2 imported Czech Doz floor boring and milling machines, 1 new Japanese pentahedron machine, 3 large gantry milling machines, 60 imported vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers, 3 intermediate frequency reheating furnaces, 2 through type quenching and tempering furnaces, 4 500T press machines, and over 400 mechanical processing equipment. There are 3 production lines for automotive engine cylinder bodies, 2 production lines for crankshafts, 2 production lines for heat treatment, 2 production lines for flywheel shells, 2 production lines for forging, 3 production lines for casting blanks (1 production line for coated sand, 1 production line for resin sand, 1 production line for lost foam mold, 40 core shooting machines, and an annual production line for 16000T blanks), and 6 production lines for cylinder heads. We mainly produce engine components such as marine cylinder block assemblies, cylinder head assemblies, automotive engine blocks, cylinder heads, flywheel housings, crankcases, and automotive chassis components.
The company was established in June 2007, passed the ISO9001-2000 quality system certification in September 2007, and passed the TS16949 system certification in June 2009. Currently, the company has become a major supplier to Weichai Power, China National Heavy Duty Truck, and Caterpillar.
