Hubei Guangchuang Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., formerly known as Foshan Shengya, was established in 2004. It is committed to the development and manufacturing of molds, as well as the research and industrialization of automotive valve covers, blow molded pipes, and electronics. It provides OEM/ODM customized services to customers worldwide, covering over 8000 part numbers including American and European cars.
There are two R&D and production bases in Hubei and Guangdong, covering an area of 50000 square meters, with 320 employees and a total investment of over 500 million yuan. It consists of: Mold Center, R&D Center, Manufacturing Center, and Assembly Center. We have a complete range of processing and supporting testing equipment, including from new mold manufacturing to mass production mold preservation, finished product manufacturing, and integrated services. The cutting-edge equipment of the main station includes: Haitian 5-axis linkage gantry machining center, Haitian gantry milling, Swiss ST 3D blow molding machine, American Pitney Trust friction welding machine, Hikscon three coordinate detector, Haitian injection molding machine, etc.
