The auto electronics business of Weihai Jinhong Group started in 2005. At present, it is mainly divided into two business segments. The original processing business of automobile wire harnesses was operated by Weihai Jinhong Electronics Co., Ltd., which cooperated with Yuluo Electric Appliances of South Korea to provide high-quality automobile wire harnesses for Hyundai Kia Automobile Group of South Korea, including overseas and Beijing Hyundai Automobile. At present, there are five factories in Weihai, Heze, with more than 2200 employees and an annual processing fee income of more than 100 million yuan.
On the basis of abundant harness development and production, Weihai Hongtai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established at the end of 2005 to provide harness products for the domestic market.
At present, there are 5 direct-sale and associated enterprises, including Xuzhou Branch, Longsheng Electronics and Jinteng Auto Parts (Weihai, Hangzhou and Jiujiang factories), with more than 500 employees, including more than 80 technicians of all kinds. They have accumulated many years of experience in the development and matching of Korean and Japanese auto harnesses, and have strong capability in the development and quality control of vehicle harnesses, which can quickly respond to the product development requirements of various main engine manufacturers. At the same time, the company has formed its core competitive advantage by virtue of its smooth and cheap domestic and foreign raw material procurement channels and efficient production and management. The domestic business includes the wiring harness matching of more than ten cars and new energy vehicles, including Dongfeng, Zhongtai, Huatai, Kangdi, Yujie and Chunfeng Power, with an annual output value of 180 million yuan.
