The Company was rated as high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province in 2008. The Company was identified as a Jiangsu provincial "HaoBang" car seat engineering technology research center by the Provincial science and technology department in 2012. The Company has complete production process (from development, mould fabrication, stamping, welding, sponge foam, sewing, packaging, and assembly). The Company strictly conducts quality control management in accordance with the ISO/TS16949 international standard and obtained 3C National compulsory safety certification and international CE Certification. The company also introduced complete product test equipment. Automatic robotic welding is adopted in welding in the production, and the Company is equipped with Automatic assembly line and large- scale punching equipment. The product has passed the test of the State-level institutions such as, Tianjin, Chongqing, Xiangfan test institutions. 　The products are mainly used for the complete seats of Xugong Group, Sany heavy industry, Lingong, Zoomlin Heavy Industry Science and Technology, Futian, Hino, and North Benz heavy truck. The seat accessories are mainly used for Taiwan GSK Group complete sets and the same become a long-term strategic partner of GSK. Our products have been exported to foreign countries.
