Yancheng Zhongde Precision Forging Co., Ltd. is located in Dafeng City, the beautiful coast of the Yellow Sea, known as the "hometown of elk", 35 kilometers away from the national first-class port Dafeng Port and 50 kilometers away from Yancheng Airport. Shenyang Haikou Expressway, Ningjing Yancheng Expressway, Yanxu Expressway, 204 National Highway, Xinchang Railway and other channels run through it. It is only 2.5 hours away from Shanghai, and the transportation is very convenient.
Our company is a private joint-stock enterprise established in 2003, covering an area of 60 mu. Our company has advanced mold processing equipment such as precision EDM and slow wire cutting machine, and has built a considerable mold processing center with the support of workstations. The company adopts advanced precision cold and warm forging processes at home and abroad, mainly producing various precision forgings such as internal and external constant velocity universal joints, flanges, picks, gears, down the hole drills, three pin shafts, spline shafts, star sleeves, etc. The company has successively passed the certification of ISO/TS16949 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and other systems, and its products are widely distributed in cars, mining equipment, textile machinery, petroleum machinery and other industries.
