1、 Historical evolution
Sichuan Jian'an Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jian'an Company") is a wholly state-owned enterprise directly under China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd., affiliated to China Southern Industry Group, located in Ya'an Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province, adjacent to Mengding Mountain, the origin of world tea culture, 110 kilometers away from Chengdu, with Chengdu Ya'an Expressway, Leshan Ya'an Expressway, Chengdu Ya'an Express, Chengdu Ya'an Railway and National Highway 318 directly reaching the Economic Development Zone, The transportation is very convenient.
In 1965, according to the central third line construction plan, the Chongqing Construction Plant was moved to the relocation plant in Ya'an. In 1992, its name was changed to Sichuan Jian'an Machine Factory. In 1998, the enterprise was restructured as a whole and renamed Sichuan Jian'an Industrial Co., Ltd. from the original Sichuan Jian'an Machine Factory. China Southern Industry Group will reorganize the assets of its automobile and parts enterprises and re establish the company. The main assets (except land and real estate) and overall business of Sichuan Jian'an Industry Co., Ltd. entered the company. In August 2006, it was established as "Sichuan Jian'an Axle Branch of China Southern Automobile Co., Ltd.". In March 2010, it was changed to "Sichuan Jian'an Axle Branch of China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd.". In April 2015, with the approval of China Southern Industry Group, the assets of Sichuan Jian'an Industry Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Jian'an Axle Branch of China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd. were integrated to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (Sichuan Jian'an Industry Co., Ltd.). In 2014, the company launched the "4.20" post disaster relocation and reconstruction project of the industrial park, and completed the relocation in September 2016. The company moved from No. 139, Kangzang Road, the original Yucheng District to No. 6, Binhe East Road, Economic Development Zone, Ya'an City.
2、 Product structure and market
Jian'an Company was mainly engaged in military production from 1965 to 1989. Since the 1980s, he has mainly engaged in the production and sales of auto parts. Three series of products, including drive axle system, car suspension system and aluminum alloy parts, have been formed. The supporting models cover passenger vehicles (sedans, SUVs, MPVs, cross type passenger vehicles), commercial vehicles (pickup trucks, micro trucks, light trucks), special vehicles and other fields. At present, it has long-term business contacts and cooperation with more than 40 domestic OEMs in automobile chassis business. The domestic market supporting enterprises include Chang'an Group, SAIC Group, FAW Group, Dongfeng Group, BAIC Group, Chery Group, Geely Automobile, Great Wall Automobile, Jianghuai Automobile, Jiangling Automobile, Brilliance Xinyuan, Sichuan Nanjun, New Longma, Jinkang New Energy, etc. It also cooperates with Piaggio of Italy, Vinfast of Vietnam, Ashokland of India, etc.
3、 Production capacity and market share
Through post disaster reconstruction, the construction and installation company realized the construction of green plants, completed the upgrading of the plant recycling system, and built rainwater and sewage reuse pools to effectively reduce energy consumption; A digital intelligent manufacturing gear factory has been built, and an intelligent monitoring center with full process visualization, an intelligent workshop information platform with full digital connectivity, and an intelligent workshop production logistics scheduling and control platform have been realized. The company has more than 70 production lines including stamping, welding, flexible machining, painting, digital assembly and aluminum alloy production, with an annual output of 3.5 million sets of automobile chassis parts, accounting for more than 10% of the annual sales volume of Chinese automobiles. Jian'an's product marketing network covers more than 80% of cities and regions in China, including Southwest, East China, South China, Northeast and Central China. The satisfaction rate of after-sales service reaches 98%, and the product user recognition reaches more than 99%.
4、 Technical support
The Technology Center of Jian'an Company was recognized as a provincial enterprise technology center in 2017, and became one of the ten pilot enterprises of technological innovation in Sichuan Province. It was listed as a CAD promotion and application enterprise in Sichuan Province. It is the technology sub center and trial production base of Chongqing Chang'an, Chang'an Leap, Dongfeng Xiaokang, Chery Commercial Vehicles and other companies. CAD 3D design software platform, CAE analysis platform, PDM data management, project management Kanban platform are established.
Jian'an Company is the largest research and development base for rear drive axle of mini car in China. The CAD design system is established, which can use CAE analysis software for computer finite element analysis and simulation analysis of product design, greatly improving the level of design and development, design efficiency and design reliability; It has established a set of standard design processes that are in line with international development companies. Compared with the same industry in China, the development cycle of new products has been greatly shortened; It has established a long-term cooperative partnership with Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Jilin University, Southwest Jiaotong University and other universities, and has reached the domestic leading level in the detection of gear and final drive assembly; Presided over the formulation of Technical Conditions for Spiral Bevel Gears of Medium and Below Medium sized Automobile Drive Axle in China's gear industry, and participated in the formulation of industry standards such as Market Access Conditions for Vehicle Drive Axle Bevel Gears, Technical Conditions for Precision Forging Straight Bevel Gears of Vehicle Drive Axle, Market Access Conditions for Vehicle Drive Axle Lubricants, and Technical Conditions for Vehicle Drive Axle Lubricants; It has established a strategic relationship of joint development of car suspension with Mina, Germany Bentler and Germany ZF.
The construction and installation company has built a full set of axle NVH transmission laboratory based on the semi anechoic chamber. The laboratory has passed the CNAS certification and can perform corresponding bench tests on the drive axle and suspension according to the national standards; Participated in the formulation of five standards of China Gear Professional Association; After years of development and production, we have established a product independent research and development platform, leading the development of the industry.
The construction and installation company has built OA, ERP, PDM, QIM, barcode system and video conference system, and is planning to build SRM and MES systems. The company takes the construction of management information system, automation project and intelligent manufacturing as the starting point, focuses on dredging the chain of management information and manufacturing information, and improves the application level of information and intelligent manufacturing.
