Shanghai Xingtao Automobile Fitting CO.,LTD, founded in May 1985,is located in Shanghai song-jiang jiuliting industrial park, with an area of 12000 square meters, which is mainly engaged in processing automobile stamping parts.
In August 2006,Shanghai Xingtao auto parts co.,LTD was established in Shanghai Meilong. The area of 15000 square meters mainly produces the automotive safety system products such as airbag metal frame and steering wheel. In June 2017,we relocated the production base in Shanghai Zhuanghang town Fengxian.
In October 2008,Shanghai Weitao auto parts co.,LTD was established in Xinqiao town Songjiang District Shanghai, covering an area of 10000square meters,mainly producing and processing headrest frame assembly and other products.
There are 750 employees,including 80 managerial personnel,32technical development personnel,40 professional technician(mold processing),530 operators and 68 others.
Xingtao company focus on car interior and exterior trim development and manufacturing of all kinds of metal parts, continuously improve the quality of enterprise management, perfect customer service system, Pass the approval of TATF16949:2016 in December 2017
Main production equipment:135 sets of 10-800 tons press machine;22 welding robots;24 sets of TOX riveting machine ,automatic riveting machine, automatic rotary rivering machine in total;20 sets of self-made professional headrest frame processing equipment;8 automatic tube bender.
Mould processing equipment: CNC machining center; More than 40 sets of wire cutting, CNC gantry milling and other mould processing equipment.
Test equipment: 2 3D CMM,2 projectors,4 tension machines,2 hardness testers 2 Salt Spray test chambers; and 12 other test equipment, such as penetration stereo microscope
