　　Qingdao Sunny Field Auto Parts Co.,Ltd. founded in 2000 is a share-holding enterprise committed to manufacturing cooling systems products for OEM & aftermarket in the auto parts industry .
　　
　　It is located less than 12 miles from the container terminal in Qingdao, China. Transportation is easy, fast, and inexpensive. Our business philosophy emphasizes integrity, technological leadership, and scientific management.
　　
　　Sunny Field produces OEM and aftermarket car cooling and A/C systems including but not limited to radiators, intercooler, evaporators, heaters, plastic tanks, and oil coolers.
　　
　　All of our materials meet OEM standards. We use a strict quality control system that is certified by both TS16949 and ISO14001.
　　
　　Our production line uses top of the line imported machinery including vacuum braze welding furnace, automated oil cooler production line, core assembly operation line, injection molding line, automatic friction welding, and stamping parts production line.
　　
　　Our injection molding workshop produces over 4.5 million pieces annually. Our oil cooler workshop produces 800 thousand stainless steel plate products, 1 million brass concentric products, and 1 million aluminum plate products annually.
　　
　　Sunny Field produces over 500 thousand radiators, intercoolers per year. Our in-house laboratory can perform the necessary tests such as heat transfer performance, vibration test, salt spray test, bursting test, pressure cycle test, elongation test, impact resistance test, material strength test, blasting test, and ductility test.
　　
　　To ensure that Sunny Field can always meet the demands of our customers, we have built an advanced injection mold development center in partnership with Qingdao University of Science and Technology.
