　　Zhejiang Baokang Wheel Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established in April 2006. It is located in Jiangnan Industrial Zone, Wangzhai Town, Wuyi County. It covers an area of 61,500 square meters and has 530 employees. It is a modern new enterprise integrating research and development, design, manufacture, sale, and brand operation of automobile aluminum alloy wheels. 　　The company is equipped with a set of first-class domestic aluminum wheel casting equipment, manipulator production line, advanced low-pressure production line, heat treatment equipment, spinning equipment, machine processing equipment and painting automation production line, etc. In 2014, the company introduced Japanese spinning machine, using the unique FFP wheel spinning technology to produce spinning wheel, at the same time, it is equipped with three Taiwan test machines (which have passed the Japanese VIA certification). ARUN spectral analyzer, Hexconn coordinate machine, X-ray flaw detector, airtightness tester, dynamic balancing machine, true roundness tester, hardness tester, metallographic analyzer, salt spray tester, coating thickness tester, and other experimental equipment have all-round detection capabilities. In 2018, the new development of high-pressure die forging and lightweight forging welding process can effectively enhance the strength of the wheels, reduce the weight of the products, and improve the refitting effect, which is well received by the industry.

The company independently developed information systems such as (RSFC) real-time shop floor control system, product data management (PDM) and customer relationship management (CRM) system, configured various design software, and established provincial enterprise technology centers with independent R&D institutions, and doctoral tutors.
