　　BHKS Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. (predecessor Jinan Baihui Automobile Parts Co., Ltd.) was established by Mr. Ma Wendong in 2001. It is the leading development and series production partner for exhaust brake and hot-side EGR-valve systems for commercial and heavy-duty engine applications in China. In 2016, with the joining of German company Klubert +Schmidt GmbH, it became a Sino-German joint venture.
