Wu Shige, Chairman of the Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Window, Secretary General of the Wenzhou Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Industry Association, and Chairman of the Commercial Mediation Center, reported to the leaders of the Intermediate People's Court on the work of industry commercial mediation. Approved by the Wenzhou Judicial Bureau in September 2024 and registered by the Wenzhou Civil Affairs Bureau in December 2024, the Wenzhou Dongxin Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Commercial Mediation Center was established. On March 7, 2025, the association held its fourth second member meeting and the opening ceremony of the "Wenzhou Auto Parts" website. Through the website platform, the "Wenzhou Auto Parts Industry Commercial Mediation Joint Initiative" was released to all auto parts enterprises in Wenzhou and auto parts enterprises founded by Wenzhou people nationwide.

From January to December 2024, a total of 1207 enterprise related cases with a total amount of 205 million yuan were received from Rui'an Court for referral and drainage; 1160 mediations have been completed, including 310 successful ones, with a success rate of 26.7%; The mediation amount was 39 million yuan, and the average time for resolving disputes was 10 days.
