According to the financial report conference call in the second quarter of 2022, by the end of this year or the beginning of 2023, the Berlin factory in Germany, like the Texas super factory, will almost certainly be able to produce 5000 Model Ys per week. This means that the factory will reach the production capacity of about 260000 vehicles per year. Just a few days ago, Tesla Berlin Factory caught fire. According to the local media M ä rkische Oderzeitung, the recycling facility that stacked a large number of cardboard and wood in the factory was the fire point. As many as hundreds of cubic meters of paper, cardboard boxes and wood caught fire. During the fire, about 50 firefighters participated, including 12 firefighters in Tesla Super Factory. After Tesla responded quickly, the fire was controlled about an hour later, without causing casualties or spreading to other facilities in the plant.
