Chaoyang pegasus vehicle equipment co., LTD., founded in 1972, is the first professional enterprise in China to produce automotive brake parts and assemblies. The company began to enter the heavy commercial vehicle parts manufacturing field in 1996, producing and exporting a total of 12,000 brake drums and wheel hubs that year. After more than 10 years of development, the company has become the largest domestic heavy commercial vehicle brake drum, wheel hub, brake disc manufacturer and exporter. According to the statistics of China association of automobile manufacturers, among all kinds of products exported by the company in 2006, brake drum accounted for 76.25%, wheel hub accounted for 17.80%, brake disc accounted for 11.13%, ranking the first in China. In 2007, the company's production and sales volume of various products were 1.947 million and 1.818 million, respectively, with sales revenue of 509 million yuan, of which 73.5% were exported to North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East and other regions. At the end of 2008, the company's annual sales volume was 1.3 million brake drums, 700,000 wheel hubs and 200,000 brake discs. After the completion of the investment expansion in 2009, the annual output of the company will reach 310,000 tons of finished automobile parts, about 4 million pieces. The factory is located in kazuo county, liaoning province, 550 kilometers away from tianjin xingang port and 180 kilometers away from jinzhou port, liaoning province. The whole highway, the factory is equipped with special container freight railway station, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The company has three factories, covering a total area of 630,000 square meters, and has more than 4,000 employees, including nearly 300 engineering and technical personnel. At present, it has five advanced casting production lines and 1158 sets of machining equipment, with the production capacity of mold development, smelting and casting, mechanical processing, physical and chemical testing, etc. The company is fully in accordance with the ISO/TS16949 quality system for management and operation, after more than 30 years of international market testing, investment and expansion, has developed into domestic and foreign commercial vehicle chassis brake drum, wheel hub, brake disc market leader. The company is one of the largest domestic enterprises specializing in the production and export of heavy commercial vehicle chassis brake parts, has developed three product series, product models up to more than 1800 models, can cover the market share of more than 80% of the popular models.
