Changsha Yuming Automotive Electrical Co., Ltd. is an enterprise established in 1999, specializing in the production of automotive starters and starter accessories. We currently produce over 1000 models of products, with an annual production capacity of 200000 starters. Our products are mainly sold to Europe and North America.
The company has a sound quality management system and has been adhering to the ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 automotive quality management system standards for many years. It passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification in 2018. And it has obtained certifications in the two major management systems of ISO14001 environment and ISO45001 occupational health and safety.
The company implements the quality policy of "meticulous design, high quality and efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction", continuously improving customer satisfaction and expanding the product market. The company adheres to the production organization form of "multiple varieties, small batches, high-quality, and efficient". The company currently has over 100 employees, including 35 engineering and technical personnel. The factory has strong development capabilities and can develop new products within 90 days after confirming customer needs, providing excellent after-sales technical services.
The company covers an area of over 10000 square meters and currently has advanced equipment such as CNC machining centers, image size measuring instruments (IM-6700 series), three coordinate detectors, two station fully automatic balancing machines, starter power testing benches, and multiple internal laboratories such as engine testing benches and vibration testing benches.
