   In recent years, SAIC and Internet giants have cooperated more frequently. Not only Xiaomi, but Alibaba Group (hereinafter referred to as "Ali) is also an important partner of SAIC.

  

  As early as July 2014, Ali and SAIC signed an agreement to announce that they would jointly build "Internet cars." As a result, Ali joined the battle for mobile terminals in cars. In March 2015, Alibaba and SAIC each invested 500 million yuan to initiate an Internet automobile fund to invest in the establishment of Zebra Network, and put forward the slogan dedicated to providing overall Internet automobile solutions for the entire automobile industry.

  

   On July 20, 2021, Zebra Networks, an open platform for intelligently connected cars built by Zebra Networks based on AliOS, announced that it has received 3 billion yuan in financing. This round of financing was jointly increased by the four major shareholders of Alibaba, SAIC, SDIC China Merchants, and Yunfeng Fund. After relying on Ali, Zebra has 11 years of operating system technology precipitation, and more than 2,000 operating system related patents. According to Zebra’s official data, the current code exceeds 100 million lines, covering more than 3 million smart car users.

  

   In addition, on July 15, 2021, SAIC Audi and Alibaba Cloud formally signed a memorandum of cooperation, covering areas such as global marketing, car networking, digital ecology, and smart logistics construction. Both parties will give full play to their respective advantages, based on cloud computing, Internet of Things, data intelligence and other technologies, to promote digital marketing in the automotive industry and build a smart travel ecosystem.

  

   It is worth noting that at the end of November 2020, with Ali's equity investment in the high-end SAIC Intelligent brand Zhiji Auto, Ali officially entered the core automotive production field.

  

   In December 2020, Zhiji Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhiji Automobile") jointly established by SAIC, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech and Alibaba Group completed the registration with a registered capital of 10 billion yuan. Among them, SAIC Group invested 5.4 billion yuan, holding 54% of the equity; Zhangjiang Hi-Tech and Ali each invested 1.8 billion yuan, holding 18% of the equity.

  

   On December 14, 2021, after Weilai’s newest fundraising, Li Bin, the founder of Weilai, holds 11% of the shares and 40.5% of the voting rights; Tencent holds 11% of the shares and 18% of the voting rights.

  

Ideal Auto's $530 million round of financing in 2019, $550 million in D financing in June 2020, and $380 million in strategic financing in July 2020, Meituan Strategic Investment Department, Meituan Wang Xing Personal, ByteDance, etc. All have participated in the investment, and Meituan has also cooperated with car companies to launch smart unmanned car takeaway delivery.

   In the shareholding structure of Xiaopeng Motors, Hangzhou Ali Venture Capital Co., Ltd. is listed impressively. In December 2017, Ali joined hands with 13 investment institutions such as IDG and Jingwei Capital to complete the A+ round of financing for Xiaopeng Motors.
