What will the car be like under this underlying logic? What will the industry become? What will change?

  Zhou Jing (Chief Staff Officer and Vice President of Yikatong Technology): This topic is relatively big. Everyone is talking about changes and embracing changes. We are in an era of change. Everyone is talking about the scene, the future, and How to adapt to find the end. I may think backwards, I will think about what will remain unchanged in the next ten or twenty years.

  I listened to the main forum in the morning, including what Mr. Ma shared just now. From horses to carts to horses, to put it bluntly, what has not changed is the ultimate user experience. From the perspective of people's emotional needs, it is a matter of safety and pleasure, and essentially a question of trust. I personally think that from the perspective of extension, people, cars, and life should be organically integrated, and it is a seamless connection, no matter what technical means are used to achieve it in the future. Today, I have heard of AR's functions and panoramic enhancements. How does it ultimately bring people the ultimate experience? What kind of technology can be realized and can support the development of such an industry.

  This is my thinking on this issue. We must grasp the unchanging in order to embrace the change and seek the ability to master the change in the unchanging. At the same time, starting with the end, I use the famous saying of the Amazon CEO: change and innovation come from our ability to endure the incomprehension and even misunderstanding of the outside world for a long time, grasp a main line, and finally reach the end.   Zhang Xiaoliang: There will be a lot of news every day, with the emergence of various technologies and changes in various technologies. If our ruler itself is stabilized, our understanding of the future will be clearer.

  Wu Wenguang (Executive President of Zhongke Chuangda): When I think of the "endgame", I feel quite pressured. When I was sitting here last year, the host asked me about the industry chain. I think there will be no more industry chains in the future. It should be an industry network. As for the endgame, I don’t think there should be an endgame. We may be predicting the trend. This curve is not necessarily linear. On an exponential curve, it may be more meaningful for us to judge where we are at which point and which state. .

  Tell me about my judgment trend. In the past few years, I have been talking about the physical properties of cars on several occasions. Mr. Zhou also said just now that in the space from A to B, whether it is a manned vehicle, under the load of speed, the physical space properties of the car will not change. With data, network, surrounding facilities, especially people's continuous pursuit of novel things, reduced energy input and beautiful things, the car becomes a node of the interconnection of all things. At this node, people's needs will gradually be added. , And people’s needs will be adjusted a lot with the changes in technology and vision. I think the future will become more colorful and the software space will become larger and larger.

  Physical changes are generally linear, and informatization must be explosive. Demands will become richer and more unknowable. The creativity that people generate in different scenarios and their thirst for new things increase infinitely. No matter what, the realization of these needs to be based on hardware, and software will provide us with a larger stage.

  Zhang Xiaoliang: So we have to look for it in the value network. Mr. Xu was talking about the mid-term, but what about the long-term?

Everyone’s focus is on autonomous driving. I think of an example. There is a comparison in mobile phones.   Zhang Xiaoliang: Just now, Xu Qiang talked about intelligent driving and intelligent cockpit. You are doing vision, and I am also thinking about the big logic of evolution. I want you to share how to help users grow grass. Today is a stock market, but there is no desire. After changing cars, how do we arouse everyone's desire?   In fact, we and Xu Junfeng are also discussing together, how to make the ecology have more business to do, what is the end of the car? When the final game is in, at least you are not outside. This is our experience. It may be a copycat, but I think it is a particularly important one. If you bet on one point to make a product, or one point to build a car, I think that death is a high probability thing, because in the end this track is not played by a company like ours, and we can earn a little more on this track. We have just established an international business department and have recruited a very good auto parts president to join.   Zhang Xiaoliang: The chain is definitely asymmetric, and it used to be distributed. Now in the process of reorganization, there will be new opportunities for layout. Teacher Ma, returning to the first question just now, which experience do you think is eternal?

  Ma Jun: The final game is really hard to talk about, and this is precisely the reason why everyone on the forum has to collide. The people who want to survive and create GDP really need the ultimate solution, cheap, safe, convenient, and ultimate. At this time, it is fun, cute, and interesting, but it will not be quickly iterated by new technologies. Will definitely go in.

When you cooperate with a big company, the first thing you want to think about is to eat it. As long as you maintain a good attitude, I think cooperation is to learn to endure hardships and requires a certain ability, but once you cooperate, you will not be thrown out.   Zhang Xiaoliang: Let me ask Mr. Ma, what kind of company can go to a temporary end in ten years?

  Ma Jun: I discussed with an investor from a European fund company. He said whether the term "centennial enterprise" is good for the automobile industry? Germans are also thinking about the century industry. I now think whether a small and beautiful company will live a happier life in the future, because it is small and turns around quickly. It is extremely difficult for a large company to transform, and it has a great burden on him. I have been thinking about whether there will be a lot of small and medium-sized, interesting and extreme companies in the next ten years.

  Frankly speaking, last year, I felt tired in one word. Being a teacher and a professor are so tired. It's too exaggerated. You have to think about how your students will not go to a car company after graduation. What about the subject of automobile. The place where fresh water and sea water intersect is the most nutritious, so I think small and beautiful companies are very easy to achieve results and turn around quickly. Everyone is talking about marginal companies, and most of them are calculated by the edge.

  In the future, there must be cooperation. You have me in you, and you in me. Today you will be the leading point, and tomorrow I will be the leading point. Everyone will go to draw the cake together. I still believe in food, clothing, housing and transportation. Although the industry is at the end, it is just needed. How to make the GDP of the car cake bigger is the biggest challenge for all Autobots. First have the cake, and then divide it.

  Wenguang Wu: What kind of company can survive? Is it related to the company's form? Is it related to the size of the tissue? Or is it related to the company's mechanism? I think they may all be related, but the core is development. Development is based on several levels of openness. First of all, this company must be open in its thinking mode. Everyone in the entire industry maintains an open attitude to exchange information and go Support each other to promote the development of the industry and look at this matter from the perspective of industry development.

  If you keep an open state, you know what is happening outside, and you know what adjustments and preparations you need to make next. If you stay open, you can have many friends in the industry network. In terms of chips, we have been cooperating with Qualcomm and Huawei for many years; on top, with operating systems, and Android; on top, we have cooperation with BAT in the cloud, and we also have cooperation with Zebra, that is, you will not refuse some Variety.
