　　According to public information, the ideal Changzhou vehicle base is a self-built factory, which started construction in 2016. The factory covers an area of ​​750 acres and has an annual production capacity of 100,000 vehicles. At the end of 2018, through the acquisition (transaction price of 650 million yuan) of Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co., Ltd., Ideal obtained the qualification for passenger car production. The factory started mass production of its first product, the Ideal ONE, in November 2019, and the first mass-produced cars were delivered in December of that year.

　　Ideal Changzhou factory is now producing Li Li ONE and Li Li L9. In 2021, the annual delivery volume of Ideal will exceed 90,000 units. This year, with the launch of the Ideal L9 and its delivery is about to be realized, it is expected to hit the annual sales of 200,000 units. In view of the continued growth in sales, the Changzhou plant is undergoing a second-phase expansion, which will increase the annual production capacity to 200,000 units.

In May 2021, Ideal took over the Beijing Hyundai Plant No. 1 with an estimated total investment of 6 billion yuan. It is currently being transformed into a green and intelligent manufacturing base. It is expected to be put into operation in 2023, with an original annual production capacity of 300,000 vehicles.

　　The third ideal factory will be located in Chongqing. In January this year, Ideal won an industrial land in Liangjiang New District of Chongqing for 430 million yuan. According to the requirements of the land supply policy, the construction should ideally be started within 3 months after the land is handed over and completed within 3 years after the start of construction, and the investment in fixed assets should not be less than 5.7 billion yuan. In other words, the ideal Chongqing plant has now started construction as planned.
